About the piece
The Falda Pareo Red is a one-size piece made in 100% cotton with a net-like texture that introduces subtle transparency and movement around the body. The open textile lets the skin show through without turning the skirt into a completely transparent surface and keeps the silhouette visually light.
Its pareo construction allows the skirt to cross and tie at the side, front or back. The tying system makes the fit depend on the wearer’s gesture, allowing the degree of overlap, opening and the way the textile falls over the body to be adjusted.
The sensory experience is defined by the cotton net: a light, airy and flexible structure that moves easily and creates changes in transparency where layers cross. In overlapped areas the texture reads denser; along free edges it feels more open and mobile.
It is one size (UT) and currently available in Black, Celeste, Ivory, Salmon, Mostaza, Ladrillo, Cemento and Plomo. It can be worn over swimwear during the day or transition into evening with a cotton bodysuit or blouse.

Care
Every La Troupe piece deserves special care to preserve the beauty of its fabrics, embroidery, and finishes. We recommend following these guidelines according to the material of your garment.
Linen
- Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water (max. 30 °C / 86 °F).
- Use mild soap; avoid bleach and strong fabric softeners.
- Do not wring. Remove excess water by pressing gently.
- Dry in the shade, flat or hanging.
- Iron inside out at medium-high temperature with steam.
Cotton
- Machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
- Use mild detergent; avoid chlorine and harsh bleach.
- Dry in the shade; if using a tumble dryer, use a low-heat cycle.
- Iron at medium temperature; iron inside out if the garment has embroidery or prints.
Silk / Silk Rayon
- Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent for delicate garments.
- Do not scrub or wring; move the garment gently in the water.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
- Dry flat or hang in the shade; never tumble dry.
- Iron inside out at low temperature, ideally with a cloth between the iron and the garment.
Tulle / Mesh / Sheer
- Hand wash in cold water with a very mild soap.
- Do not rub or wring; press gently to remove excess water.
- Lay flat on a towel to dry, always in the shade.
- Do not tumble dry.
- If necessary, iron inside out at very low temperature or apply steam only from a distance.
Rayon / Viscose
- Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold water.
- Use mild detergent; avoid chlorine.
- Do not wring; the fiber is delicate when wet.
- Hang or lay flat to dry in the shade.
- Iron inside out at low-medium temperature with gentle steam.
Polyester Blends
- Machine wash on a delicate cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
- Use mild detergent without chlorine.
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron at low temperature, inside out.
Artisanal Embroidery
- Always wash inside out, ideally by hand in cold water.
- Do not rub directly on the embroidery.
- Avoid prolonged soaking.
- Dry flat or hang in the shade; do not tumble dry.
- Iron inside out with a cloth between the iron and the garment.
Artisanally Dyed or Intense Colors
- Wash separately the first few times in cold water.
- Use mild detergent without bleach.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Dry in the shade and avoid high-temperature tumble drying.
If in doubt, we recommend prioritizing hand washing, drying in the shade, and delicate care for each piece.

Exchanges & Returns
After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request an exchange or online store credit. To begin the process, contact web@latroupe.mx and wait for authorization from La Troupe.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Only items from the current collection can be exchanged; sale items cannot be exchanged.
- If the requested size is unavailable, the amount will be issued as online store credit.
