Orders

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin the preparation and shipping process within the next 3 business days.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package.

Should there be any delay related to your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery zone:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and external processes such as customs or logistics reviews.

Exchanges & Store Credit

After receiving your order, you have 15 calendar days to request an exchange or store credit.

Our team will review your request and send the corresponding authorization before proceeding with any exchange.

For an item to be eligible for exchange, it must be in good condition, unworn, unaltered, and with its original tags attached.

In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the corresponding shipping cost.

Only items from the current collection are eligible for exchange. Items on sale, promotion, or final sale are not eligible.

If the requested size, style, or product is unavailable, the corresponding amount may be applied as store credit for a future purchase.

Returns

We currently do not issue cash refunds or returns to the original payment method, except in exceptional cases evaluated directly by La Troupe.

Approved requests will be processed as a product exchange or store credit.

Customs, Taxes & International Delays

La Troupe is not responsible for customs duties, tariffs, import charges, or any additional costs that may apply in the destination country. These charges, if any, are the customer's responsibility.

La Troupe is also not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather conditions, logistics reviews, or any external situation once the order has left our warehouse.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the package using the tracking number provided.
