By placing an order on latroupetulum.com , you agree to our purchase policies.

Orders:

• Once your order is placed, the shipping process will begin within the next three business days.
• You will receive an email with a guide from FEDEX to track the package once the product has been shipped.
• If an ordered product is not available, an email will be sent to notify you when it will be available.

Shipping Costs:

• Within the Mexican Republic: $250 MXN.
• Central and North America: $690 MXN.
• South America and Europe: $990 MXN.
• Rest of the world and unclassified countries: $1,600 MXN.

Returns & Exchanges:

• You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a size change or credit online.
• To start the change process, contact latroupesales@gmail.com and wait for authorization from La Troupe.
• You can only exchange items from the current collection, not sales.
• If there is no size availability, the amount will remain as an online credit.
• No cash refunds will be made without prior authorization by email.

Warning:

• La Troupe is not responsible for additional customs taxes or delivery delays once the order leaves the warehouse.
• It is the customer's responsibility to keep an eye on the package with the tracking number provided.
