By placing an order on latroupetulum.com, you are accepting our purchasing policies.
Once your order is placed, the shipping process will begin within the next 3 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package. If there is any delay, we will contact you via email.

La Troupe is not responsible for additional customs taxes or delivery delays once the order leaves our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package using the provided tracking number.
Exchanges & Returns
After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request an exchange or online store credit. To begin the process, contact web@latroupe.mx and wait for authorization from La Troupe.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Only items from the current collection can be exchanged; sale items cannot be exchanged.
- If the requested size is unavailable, the amount will be issued as online store credit.
