The Cojín Telar Lineal is a 50 × 50 cm piece built entirely around the texture of the backstrap loom. It is made in 100% cotton using an ancestral Mexican technique passed down through generations, where the design is created inside the weave itself and each piece requires an extended period of manual work.
Its striped design is not printed on the surface: it is formed within the textile structure. This construction produces a visible, tactile grain, with small variations that reveal the rhythm of handwork and keep the surface from feeling completely uniform.
The square 50 × 50 cm scale allows it to function as a support cushion or a graphic element within a sofa, armchair or bed composition. The lines add visual direction and can sit next to solid textiles or more intensely embroidered pieces.
It is currently available in Negro, Ivory, Chocolate, Beige, Aqua and Turquesa. Changing the color changes the graphic reading of the same pattern, from stronger contrast to softer combinations.
Made in Mexico by Mayan communities. Each piece is unique and may show slight irregularities in the weave or color variations inherent to hand-loom work.
