The Cojín Vida Huichol Lineal is a 60 × 60 cm piece made in 100% cotton manta and hand-embroidered with a linear technique that interprets the ancestral symbolism of life under the sun through a more restrained, graphic language.
Unlike a filled-surface embroidery, the drawing here is built through lines. The thread rises above the manta and defines the motif through contour, leaving the textile base visible between each stroke. The relationship between space, thread and cotton creates perceptible texture without visually saturating the piece.
Its 60 × 60 cm scale gives it enough presence to work as a main accent on a sofa, armchair or bed. The linear composition makes it easy to combine with plain textiles or with other cushions from the Huichol series when adding symbolism and texture without an overly dense surface.
It is currently available in Crema, Ivory and Negro. Changing the base color alters the degree of contrast in the embroidery while preserving the same linear construction and the same narrative of life under the sun.
Made in Mexico by Mayan communities. Each embroidery is made individually, so slight variations in line, stitch or tone may appear from one piece to another.
