By placing an order at latroupetulum.com , you agree to our purchasing policies.

Orders:

• Once your order is placed, the shipping process will begin within the next three business days.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number to follow your package.
• In the event of a delay in your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Costs:

• Within the Mexican Republic: $250 MXN.
• Central and North America: $690 MXN.
• South America and Europe: $990 MXN.
• Rest of the world and unclassified countries: $1,600 MXN.

Changes and Returns:

• After receiving your order, you can request an exchange or credit online 15 days after receiving your order.
• To begin the exchange process, contact tienda@latroupe.mx and wait for authorization from La Troupe.
• In case of exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
• Only items from the current collection can be exchanged, not items from sale.
• If the size is unavailable, the amount will remain as online credit.
  

Warning:

• The Troupe is not responsible for additional customs duties or delivery delays once the order leaves the warehouse.
• It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the package with the guide provided.
