The Cojín Impronta belongs to Nativo and is inspired by fossil-stone imprints from La Troupe’s place of origin. Its rectangular 35 × 50 cm format is made in 100% linen and fully hand-embroidered tone on tone with 100% cotton thread.
The imprint drawings are built over the visible linen weave with raised stitching. Because the embroidery stays in the same color register as the base, the motif first appears through shadow and texture and then as image.
The rectangular proportion works as lumbar support, a central accent or a counterpoint to square cushions. It is currently available in Cemento and Ivory.
Made in Mexico by Mayan communities.
