La Troupe was born in the Riviera Maya from a simple belief: that the truest beauty is not manufactured — it is inherited, woven, embroidered with the time that important things require. Here, every creation is born with intention. Every piece, a talisman.
We work with looms, embroideries and textiles that have been telling stories for generations in the Mayan region. Our garments are made by hand, entirely in Mexico, alongside communities of artisans who pass their craft from mother to daughter — guardians of a tradition that builds not only garments, but homes, and futures. In that exchange between contemporary design and ancestral techniques lives the essence of the Maison: not production, but conversation.

Three Argentine friends arrived in Mexico over twenty years ago and never wanted to leave. It wasn't a business decision — it was a love affair. With the land, its people, the embroideries charged with symbolism they found in every market, every workshop, every pair of hands that wove without hurry. Mexico taught us that the truest beauty is not manufactured: it is inherited and passed on.
The Beginning
In 2010, La Troupe was born — a project with soul, founded on a simple belief: that what is handmade deserves the same space as anything designed in Paris or Milan. A living tribute to the culture and heritage that lives in the hands that weave and embroider, telling stories. A fusion of contemporary design with ancestral techniques passed down from generation to generation, in the Mayan region, entirely in Mexico.
What We Are Today
We are an artisanal fashion house with boutiques in the Riviera Maya — in Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Mérida and Mexico City. Every piece we carry is born from a virtuous circle: love for creation, pride in origin, and deep respect for those who design, craft and choose each garment. La Troupe is not just fashion. It is a way of inhabiting the world with more beauty, more awareness and more history in your hands.

Every creation is born from a conversation between design and craft. We don't produce collections. We compose garments.
Materials
We work with noble materials —cotton, linen, chiffon, natural silk and velvet— chosen for how they fall, how they breathe, how they move with the body.
The craft
Every garment follows its own path. Some are made entirely in our Tulum atelier; others travel to artisan communities in Chiapas and Yucatán, where embroiderers and weavers apply techniques passed down from generation to generation.

Savoir-faire
Our savoir-faire lives in the details that go unannounced: the exact drape of a sleeve, the precise weight of an open kimono. Techniques woven into the design with the same intention a European couture house brings its textile heritage into the present.
