The Cojín Huichol Venado is a 40 × 40 cm piece hand-embroidered with ancestral Mexican symbolism and built around the figure of the deer. The animal occupies the center of the composition and serves as the main visual focus of the entire surface.
Within the Huichol symbolism represented in this piece, the deer is understood as a sacred animal and spiritual guide associated with a cosmic connection to nature. The motif is not printed: it is formed with thread, so every line also exists as physical relief.
The handwork makes the contour feel alive. The stitching introduces small differences in height and direction that can be perceived when approaching the cushion and keep the surface from feeling industrially uniform.
Its 40 × 40 cm size allows it to work alone as a focal point on an armchair or grouped with other cushions from the Huichol series. It is currently available in Negro, Ivory, Mostaza, Verde and Cemento.
