The Cojín Palma belongs to Nativo, a collection inspired by La Troupe’s place of origin. It is a 40 × 40 cm piece made in 100% linen and fully hand-embroidered tone on tone.
The palm is constructed with thread in the same chromatic register as the fabric. The motif is therefore perceived first as relief and only afterward as drawing: light catches the stitches before color contrast, making the image appear more quietly.
Linen brings a visible weave and naturally marked texture. Over that base, the embroidery adds small changes in height that turn a monochrome surface into a tactile piece. The result keeps a clean, minimal language without giving up handwork.
Its 40 × 40 cm size works as an accent on a sofa, armchair or bed. It is currently available in Ivory, Cemento and gris oscuro, three variants that preserve the tone-on-tone logic of the design.
Made in Mexico by Mayan communities. Each embroidery is made individually and may show slight variations in stitch or tone.
