Innocence Cotton Tunic

About the piece

The Túnica Inocencia Algodón is made in a fine 100% cotton fabric and combines a straight line with elements that introduce movement and adjustment. The base falls cleanly around the body, while fine leather ties allow the waist to be cinched and the relationship between volume and definition to change.

The front opens into a deep V neckline framed by fine embroidery made with rayon thread. That embroidery continues across the back, creating decorative detail that does not end at the front of the garment. The thread introduces a different sheen and texture against the more matte cotton surface.

The hem is finished with long rayon fringe. While walking, the fringe reacts more freely than the cotton body and makes movement visible at the edge of the tunic. The material experience therefore combines a light cotton base, firm leather adjustment points, rayon embroidery and a mobile field of fringe.

Available in sizes S, M and L and currently in Cemento, Ivory, Negro and Salmon. The waist ties allow the silhouette to be defined within each size without removing the straight character of the construction.

Made in Mexico by Mayan communities. Each piece may show slight differences in embroidery, color or finish as a natural result of its artisanal process.
